基于演化博弈的内河船员管理与培养
Management and Training of Inland River Seafarers Based on Evolutionary Game Theory
摘要
Abstract
To promote the development of inland river seafarers,this paper uses the evolutionary game theory to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model involving the government,shipping enterprise and seafarer,and uses the Matlab software to study the trends and influencing factors in the choice of strategies by the government,shipping enterprises and seafarers.The results show that jointly promoting the development of seafarers is the optimal equilibrium strategy,and tripartite strategy selection is influenced by the initial participation willingness and return ratio coefficient.It proposes countermeasures for the development of inland river seafarers in terms of government and shipping enterprise.关键词
