Improvement of Maritime Safety Level Based on the Impartial Culture
摘要
Abstract
Based on the discussion on the application and implementation of impartial culture in maritime safety administration,it is intended to ensure the provision of safety-related information by parties concerned without reservation,e.g.the dangerous situation incident report.Seafarers raise questions and report to the management level of the company and the maritime administration,in order to enable the maritime administration to improve the management rules at the industry level and provide ships with timely feedback on the truly existing risks and hidden dangers,thus enhancing safety.关键词
