Abstract
Taking Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration as an example,and making a full use of the combined approach of dynamic management and intelligent verification,this paper explores and designs a vessel energy consumption inspection procedure to address the current issues in ship energy consumption verification,aiming to enhance the efficiency of energy consumption inspection for ships entering and leaving ports.关键词
