Abstract
This paper identifies the provisions concerning the ship repair industry in the Hong Kong Convention and the relevant requirements of domestic laws and regulations on the control of hazardous materials and the formulation of the inventory of hazardous materials for ships.Furthermore,it introduces the basic knowledge on the control of hazardous materials for ships and the formulation of the inventory.Taking the ship repair industry in Zhoushan as an example,it conducts research and in-depth analysis on the current situation of the implementation of the Hong Kong Convention by the ship repair industry in China,and proposes countermeasures on the high-quality development of China's ship repair industry based on the implementation of the Hong Kong Convention.关键词
