大藤峡船闸通航管理现状及对策建议
Current Situation and Countermeasures for Navigation Management of Datengxia Shiplock
摘要
Abstract
Since the Datengxia shiplock was put into use on March 31,2020,a total of 67 700 ships have passed through the shiplock,with a cargo volume of 55.44 million tons,showing the central role of the Xijiang River golden channel.However,many problems have also emerged,including the inability in throughput capacity of the shiplock in satisfying the demand of navigation,serious stagnation of ship navigation,and inadequate anchorage capacity available for ships waiting for passing the shiplock.In view of the new situation,new circumstances and new requirements faced by the navigation safety service after the shiplock was put to use,this article puts forward work suggestions based on comprehensive research aiming at constructing a long-effect mechanism.关键词
