Preparation of a rat model of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome induced by an acetic acid enema combined with binding tail-clamping stress
目的 建立理想的大鼠肝郁脾虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome,IBS-D)的造模方法,为IBS-D伴焦虑抑郁状态的临床研究提供动物模型基础.方法 本研究共用 60 只大鼠:(1)首先将 20 只大鼠随机分为空白组、3%乙酸灌肠组、4%乙酸灌肠组、5%乙酸灌肠组,造模及观察期结束后,通过腹泻相关指数、结肠病理组织学等观察不同造模浓度引起的腹泻状态及结肠损伤程度.(2)评…查看全部>>
