鸢尾素在脑卒中研究中的进展
Research progress of irisin in stroke
摘要
Abstract
Irisin is a myogenic factor,which can regulate energy metabolism.Irisin has certain physiological functions in organs such as heart,liver,brain,and kidney.Recent studies have found that irisin can alleviat ischemic and hypoxic injury after stroke,reduce inflammatory response,regulate mitochondrial function,and protect the blood-brain barrier,which has a positive impact on stroke and is a potential therapeutic intervention target and disease predictive factor.This article gives a brief overview of irisin,and reviews the relationship between irisin and stroke risk factors,the mechanism of irisin in reducing nerve injury after stroke,and the relationship between irisin and stroke prognosis.关键词
