后循环脑梗死轻症患者早期神经功能恶化的危险因素分析OACSTPCD

Objective To investigate the risk factors for early neurological deterioration(END)in patients with mild acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction(APCCI)assessed by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score≤5.Methods Data of 116 APCCI patients admitted to Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were collected,all with NIHSS score≤5 on admission.Patients were divided into END group and non-END group based on END occurrence.General data and clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared,and influencing factors for END were analyzed using Logistic regression model.Results Twenty-one patients experienced END,with an incidence of 18.10%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis with END as the outcome event showed that total cholesterol(TC)level(OR=1.096,95%CI=1.034-1.158),baseline NIHSS score(OR=2.263,95%CI=1.085-3.441),large-artery atherosclerosis(OR=1.187,95%CI=1.043-1.332),middle segment cerebral infarction(OR=4.012,95%CI=1.579-7.688)and pulmonary infection(OR=1.285,95%CI=1.164-1.406)were risk factors for END in APCCI patients(P<0.05).Conclusion High TC level,high baseline NIHSS score,large-artery atherosclerosis,middle segment cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection are risk factors for END in patients with mild APCCI.
