摘要
Abstract
There is a great progress for the treatment of severe aortic stenosis(AS)in the last decade,gradually entering the era of minimally invasive treatment.With the growing development of the technology of transcatheter aortic valve replacement in China,people have a new perspective on the management and treatment of severe AS.A large number of AS patients are combined with coronary artery disease(CAD),which bring obstacles to the treatment.Therefore,this paper summarizes the experience and existing problems in the evaluation,management and treatment of AS patients with CAD.It is expected that there will be more studies support the interventional therapy of AS combined with CAD in the future.关键词
