Abstract
In order to solve the problem of vibration comfort in the driving process of motorcycles,the method of combining test analysis with computer aided engineering was used to analyze the problem.It was found that the main reason for severe vibration of the frame is that the second order bending mode frequency of the frame is coupled with the excitation frequency of 203 Hz of the second order unbalanced inertial force of the engine,so that the resonance occurs.According to the analysis results,the frame structure optimization scheme of removing the front cross beam of the cushion and adding the reinforcing tube was adopted to change the inherent dynamic characteristics of the frame.The rationality of the optimization scheme was tested and verified through the comparative analysis of vibration test.The test results show that the resonance characteristics of the frame are eliminated after the optimization,and the vibration amplitude decreases by 60%-70%.The optimization scheme is economic,reasonable and effective,and significantly improves the vibration comfort of the motorcycle.The research results provide a new frame design scheme,as well as the basis for determination the strategy for vibration control and structural optimization of the motorcycle frame.关键词
