摘要

Abstract

The suspected lettuce virus disease stain collected from Baoding City,Hebei Province was molecular biology identified by RT-PCR method,and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that specific primers CMV and PVY amplified single bands with sizes of 260 bp and 420 bp,respectively.Through nucleotide sequence Blast alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis,it was found that the lettuce virus isolate from Baoding City,Hebei Province was clustered on the same branch as the Indian tomato CMV isolate(MN514839.1)and the Indian potato PVY isolate(JX945850.1),with homology of 95%and 92%,respectively.The research first detected that the lettuce virus disease was caused by the combined infection of CMV and PVY in Baoding City,Hebei Province.
