摘要

Abstract

Taking 16 Chinese kale F1 hybrids as donor material,this paper compared and analyzed the effects of optimized buds disinfection,isolated microspore release and filtering on culture of Chinese kale free microspore.The results indicated that the 16 tested Chinese kale donor materials all had embryogenesis capability,and obtained regenerated plants of different types.Thus,a larger-scale and large quantities doubled haploid(DH)of Chinese kale were obtained.Through comprehensive evaluation and screening in the field,these DH lines by isolated microspore culture technology of Chinese kale were used in breeding,and 3 new Chinese kale F1 hybrids'20M4 Jielan''21M2 Jielan''22M11 Jielan'with different maturity were bred.
