基于"8S"管理理念的"1+X"老年照护实训教学管理改革研究
Research on the Reform of"1+X"Elderly Care Training Teaching Management from the Perspective of"8S"Management Concept
摘要
Abstract
The suitability of the"8S"management concept for building a"1+X"elderly care practical training teaching management model helps to create a good training environment,prevent waste of teaching resources,solve personnel shortages,and ensure the safety of the training process.According to the requirements of the"8S"management concept,the management of"1+X"elderly care training has been reformed from sorting,rectification,cleaning,literacy,safety,conservation,and learning,forming a"1+X"elderly care training management model under the"8S"management concept.Practice has proven that this model can effectively improve the training room environment,enhance students'professional literacy,save training materials and consumables,and expand the scope of student employment.关键词
