产教融合作为推动现代职业教育体系改革的国家性战略,需要将行之有效的政策法定化.推进产教融合立法能够在专门性、目标性和促进性等方面为实现中国特色职业教育类型化建设和高质量转向提供法律依据和重要支撑,并能够在文化场域、经济场域和政治场域中实现多元行动主体职能与效用并重、层次与内容同行、权利与义务对等,是中国特色法律体系建设和国家治理现代化的重要组成部分.

As a national strategy to promote the reform of modern vocational education system,the integration of industry and education needs to be codified into effective legislation.Such legislation can provide necessary legal basis and important support in terms of specialization,goal orientation,and facilitation for achieving a transformation towards Chinese-characteristic vocational education system and high-quality development.Furthermore,it can balance the functions and utilities of multiple action subjects,align levels and contents,and ensure the equivalence of rights and obligations within cultural,economic,and political realms.This is a crucial component of building a legal system with Chinese characteristics and modernizing national governance.
