Adapting in Transition:A Practical Review and Approach to Legislation for Integration of Industry and Education
摘要
Abstract
As a national strategy to promote the reform of modern vocational education system,the integration of industry and education needs to be codified into effective legislation.Such legislation can provide necessary legal basis and important support in terms of specialization,goal orientation,and facilitation for achieving a transformation towards Chinese-characteristic vocational education system and high-quality development.Furthermore,it can balance the functions and utilities of multiple action subjects,align levels and contents,and ensure the equivalence of rights and obligations within cultural,economic,and political realms.This is a crucial component of building a legal system with Chinese characteristics and modernizing national governance.关键词
