摘要
Abstract
The construction and development of specialty groups is an important means to optimize the structure of higher education and an important way for higher vocational colleges to train great craftsmen.The construction of specialty groups in China's higher vocational colleges has experienced four stages:exploration and practice,vigorous development,consolidation and promotion and connotation development,and formed the appearance logic and group logic of high-quality development of specialty groups.In the new period,the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges should accurately locate the goal of talent training,integrate superior resources,innovate the management and operation mechanism of specialty group construction,innovate the evaluation system,and set up a high-level teacher team that adapts to the construction of specialty groups.关键词
