为探明以源 511S为背景改良的 9 个水稻两用核不育系的潜在应用价值,调查了改良不育系的主要农艺性状、异交特性、稻瘟病抗性和外观品质性状.结果表明,改良不育系的株型紧凑度、分蘖能力、每穗颖花数、上 3 叶长度和宽度等植株形态性状基本保持了源 511S的特征,部分株系在某些性状上有所改良.9 个水稻两用核不育系作早稻种植的播始历期分别为83~92 d,其中8 个较源511S短0~6 d;改良不育系在开颖历期、颖尖距和开颖角度等性状上变异方向各异,柱头总外露率均低于背景亲本源 511S,异交结实率均在 53%以上,其中 21YSF21 和22SF01 异交结实率显著高于源 511S;改良不育系稻瘟病苗瘟感病级别为 1.1~4.8,其中 7 个达到中抗或抗性水平;改良不育系的稻谷长宽比和糙米长宽比分别为 4.2~5.1 和 3.6~4.2,均显著大于源 511S,垩白粒率和垩白度均明显小于源 511S,其中 3 份不育系垩白度≤3.0.综合分析,21YSF10、21YSF21、22SF15 和 22SF16 生育期较短,株型理想,异交特性较好,稻瘟病抗性中抗以上,稻米垩白度均在 5%以下,有望为优质杂交早稻组合配制提供新的不育系资源.

To explore the potential application value of early rice dual-purpose male sterile lines improved based on Yuan 511S,the main agronomic traits,outcrossing characteristics,blast resistance and appearance quality traits of the nine im-proved male sterile lines were investigated.The results showed that the plant morphological characters such as plant type compactness,tillering ability,spikelet number per panicle,upper clover length and width of improved male sterile lines ba-sically maintained the characteristics of Yuan 511S,and some lines were improved in some characters.The sowing duration of 9 dual-purpose genic male sterile lines as early rice was 83-92 d,of which 8 were 0-6 d shorter than that of Yuan 511S.the variation directions of the improved male sterile lines were different in glume opening period,glume tip distance and glume opening angle,the total exposure rate of stigma was lower than that of background parent Yuan 511S,and the outcrossing seed setting rate of 21YSF21 and 22SF01 was significantly higher than that of Yuan 511S.The blast susceptibil-ity grade of improved male sterile lines was 1.1-4.8,of which 7 reached the level of moderate resistance or resistance,and the ratio of grain length to width and brown rice length-width ratio of improved male sterile lines were 4.2-5.1 and 3.6-4.2,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of Yuan 511S.the chalky grain percentage and chalkiness de-gree were significantly lower than that of Yuan 511S,and the chalkiness degree of 3 male sterile lines was less than 3.0.Comprehensive analysis showed that 21YSF10,21YSF21,22SF15 and 22SF16 had shorter growth period,ideal plant type,better outcrossing characteristics,moderate blast resistance and less than 5%chalkiness of rice,which is expected to provide new male sterile line resources for the preparation of high quality early hybrid rice combinations.
