Abstract
The book"Paths and Strategies for Cultivating the Craftsmanship Spirit of Future Industrial Workers"holds that the cultivation of craftsmanship is the ideological foundation for the construction of the skill formation system of future industrial workers,the individual factor is the stimulating force for the formation of craftsmanship,the environmental factor is the supportive force for the formation of craftsmanship,and the interaction between the individual,the environment and the behaviors is the sustaining force for the internalization of craftsmanship.Vocational education to help cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship can be centered on"craftsmanship ethics""craftsmanship behavior""craftsmanship personality"and other contents,through thematic education,curriculum penetration,cultural infiltration,activities formation and other paths to carry out the implementation.关键词
