呼吸道合胞病毒感染相关的lncRNA研究进展
Research progress on lncRNAs associated with respiratory syncytial virus in-fection
摘要
Abstract
Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)induced pulmonary infections pose a significant burden on human health, which have no specific vaccines or antiviral drugs available for prevention and treatment to date, and the pathogenesis remains incompletely understood.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)serve as crucial regulatory molecules in host-virus interactions during viral infections.Studies have found differential expression of lncRNAs following RSV infection, some of which may influence RSV replication by promoting host immune cell matura-tion,regulating immune molecules,or modulating the expression of RSV genes or proteins. They are likely to be potential biomarkers for RSV infection diagnosis and/or therapeutic targets. This review summarizes lncRNAs that may play important roles in the progression of RSV infection, aiming to deepen the understanding of the mechanisms through which lncRNAs participate in RSV infection.关键词
