Abstract
Swine dysentery is a disease caused by Brachyspira Hyodysenteiae,which produces yellow-gray soft stool and bloody excrement in severe cases.The syndrome can be divided into anterior,middle and posterior.The early stage belongs to dampness-heat in Qifen treated with Jiajian Qinshao Tang,there is the exterior syndrome treated with Renshen Baidu San,relentless dysenteric can strengthen astringent medicine.The middle stage belongs to dampness-heat in Xuefen,the common symptom is hot toxic blood dysentery treated with plus Baitouweng Tang,the cases which is only hot without wet treatment with Lianpu San.The high heat in Qifen and Xuefen caused by dampness-heat can be treated with Yushi Qingwen Baidu Yin.Water and blood stasis are intermingled,which can be treated with Hupo San;intestinal scale can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine of cleaning the intestine.Later is mostly two injuries of Qi and Yin,which can be treated with Wang Mengying Qingshu Yiqi Tang.If the body is deficient and the liquid is dry,it can be treated with Wuzhi Anzhong Tang and Shashen Maidong Tang.The cases of swine dysentery occurred in a pig farm.TCM veterinary syndrome was dampness-heat in Qifen and Xuefen,and water and blood stasis were intermingled.The treatment was to clear heat and permeate dampness,cool blood and detoxify,remove blood stasis and benefit water.According to the syndrome differentiation prescription for 7 days,the condition was controlled.关键词
