摘要
Abstract
Introducing social credit into water utilization management,and using credit evaluation to impose constraints on units and individuals engaged in water resource development,protection,utilization,and fulfilling water consumption obligations,is an innovative means to regulate the water consumption order and strengthen the rigid constraint of water resources.Along with relevant experiences and explorations,this paper analyzes the necessity and importance of establishing a credit system in the field of water withdrawal.It elucidates the connotation of the credit system in the water withdrawal field and proposes suggestions to promote credit evaluation implementation,strengthen credit management for seriously dishonest subjects,conduct daily credit supervision and management,advance the information construction of the credit system in water withdrawal,and enhance publicity to foster a positive atmosphere.These recommendations serve as a reference for further advancing the establishment of a credit system in China's water withdrawal field.关键词
