Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of steroid saponin from the pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Methods:The chemical constituents of steroid saponin from the 70％ethanol-percolated extract of the pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis were systematically studied by using HPD-100 macroporous resin,forward silica gel column chromatography,reverse ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by the spectroscopic data with references.Results:Eight steroid saponin were isolated from the pericarps of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis and identified as 17α-hydroperoxide pregn-5-en-20-one-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rh-amnopyranosyl-(1 →4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),polyphylloside Ⅳ(2),ypsilandroside L(3),polyphylloside Ⅲ(4),pregna-5,16-dien-3β-ol-20-one-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),pregna-5,16-dien-3β-ol-20-one-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),pregna-5,16-dien-3β-ol-20-one-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),aethioside A(8),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new C21 steroid saponin,compounds 3,5,6,8 are isolated from Paris genus for the first time.关键词
