基于指纹图谱结合化学模式的坡柳皮质量评价研究
Quality Evaluation Study of Salix myrtillacea Bark Based on Fingerprint Combined with Chemical Pattern Recognition

Abstract
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Salix myrtillacea bark and to evaluate the quality combine with chemi-cal pattern recognition method,so as to provide reference for quality control and clinical application of Salix myrtillacea bark.Methods:The fingerprint of Salix myrtillacea bark was established by HPLC.Chemical pattern recognition methods such as similarity evaluation,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis were used to evaluate the quality of Salix myrtillacea bark,and the contents of isosalipurposide,(2R)-helichrysin A,(2S)-helichrysin A were determined.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Salix myrtillacea bark was established,a total of 12 common peaks were identified,four of the components were i-dentified.The similarity of 20 batches of Salix myrtillacea bark was above 0.900.By cluster analysis and principal component analysis,Salix myrtillacea bark samples were divided into two categories;Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis was used to screen three quality difference markers,namely,isosalipurposide,(2R)-helichrysin A,(2S)-helichrysin A.The contents of above three compo-nents in 20 batches of samples were 1.13%to 3.25%,1.02%to 3.23%,1.66%to 6.45%,respectively.Conclusion:Using fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition technology can comprehensively evaluate the quality of Salix myrtillacea bark,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation and clinical application of Salix myrtillacea bark.关键词
