藏象学说视野下营卫系统的总体构建
The Overall Construction of the Nutrient-defense System from the Theroy of Visceral Manifestations
摘要
Abstract
The nutrient-defense system includes macro and micro parts.The former refers to the reticular channel system formed by blood vessels and meridians;The latter is pore-collateral system.It specifically refers to the col lat-erals,blood collaterals and the adjacent pore,and the floating collaterals extend to the skin-texture.Covering the inter-nal and external micro systems of limbs and bones.This system consists of two parts:unstructured channel,and micro structures extending from vessels-meridians.From the perspective of generation,operation and mutual transformation of Qi-blood,The human body can be divided into three parts:viscera,meridians and channels,and nutrient defense;It has both structural and functional features.The nutrient-defense system has the characteristics of opening and closing in space-time.The mind-mechanism interaction is the result of its interaction with external energy information.It is an indispensable part of the theory of visceral manifestations in TCM.The main place of Qi transformation is in the nutri-ent-defense.Triple energizer is only an important place for Qi transformation,not all of it.The disharmony of nutrient-defense includes three levels of abnormalities:deficiency of Qi and blood,Qi Stagnation Syndrome,and unfavorable of Qi transformation.关键词
