Based on the Theory of"Meteorism caused by Weakened Fire",the Characteristics of Sun Yikui's Differentiation and Treatment of Meteorism were Discussed

Abstract
This article introduces the ideas and experiences of SUN Yikui,a doctor from Xin'an,who used the the-ory of"meteorism caused by weakened fire"to treat meteorism.The book"SUN Wenyuan's Medical Case Records"re cords 14 cases of meteorism treatment,and the fifth volume of"Chishui Xuanzhu"sets up a"swelling and fullness"section.Through analysis,the author summarizes the characteristics of Sun's diagnosis and treatment of meteorism.Sun believed that Qi deficiency cold in lower Jiao was the cause of meteorism.For the treatment of mereorism is indeed insightful,he created Zhuangyuan decoction which regarded warming and tonifying kidney Qi as the basic therapeutic principles and recorded external therapy includes topical application of drug and hot medicine compress to cure the meteorism.SUN Yikui's unique Thoughts of distinguishing and treating meteorism improved the shortcomings of the predecessors'treatment of meteorism,which had reference significance in the future Chinese medical treatment of me-teorism.关键词
