Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low intelligence degree and poor immersion effect in petrochemical training,a new Internet of Things training system based on software and hardware design and data fu-sion algorithm was proposed.Firstly,a series of hardware equipment for intelligent training system was developed.The hardware functions included data ex-change,voice playback,data acquisition,etc.Ai-ming at the problem of battery life of portable hard-ware,the WIFI+LoRa communication mode was pro-posed,which not only improved the battery life of e-quipment,but also ensured the stability of communi-cation.Then,a set of intelligent training system in-formation management platform was developed,the platform included information storage,information reading and writing,communication and other func-tions.Finally,a method of worker behavior judgment based on D-S evidence theory was proposed.The ef-fectiveness of the Internet of Things training system in the aspects of behavior recognition accuracy,hard-ware equipment endurance and communication relia-bility was verified by experiments.The experimental resulted show that the identification accuracy of the proposed system can reach more than 80%,the data communication ability was not much different from that of the traditional equipment,and the equipment had better endurance performance.The system pro-vided a more intelligent and immersive training plat-form for technicians in the petrochemical industry.
