Abstract
Systematic safety education and training is one of the important ways to improve employees'safe-ty knowledge,safety skills and safety attitude,and reduce the incidence of human accidents.At pres-ent,there are still some problems in the practice of safety education and training of hazardous chemical enterprises,such as the lack of precision in the anal-ysis of training needs,the relatively weak construc-tion of training resources,the training methods and methods are confined to the tradition,and the train-ing evaluation feedback is not deep enough.On the basis of in-depth sorting out the theory of systematic safety education and training,adhering to system thinking and problem orientation,a series of sugges-tions and measures were proposed to effectively pro-mote the practice and application of systematic safety education and training in hazardous chemical enter-prises,constantly improved the safety literacy of em-ployees,and helped enterprises to safely and smooth-ly produce.关键词
