扶正托脓散内调外治对慢性化脓性中耳炎正虚湿蕴证临床疗效及血清炎症因子水平的影响
Clinical efficacy of internal and external treatment with Fuzheng Tuonong Powder on chronic suppurative otitis media characterized by deficiency of healthy qi and dampness accumulation and its impact on serum inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of internal and external treatment with Fuzheng Tuonong Powder(Healthy-Qi-Reinforcing and Pus-Expressing Powder)on chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM)characterized by deficiency of healthy qi and dampness accumulation,as well as its impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 140 CSOM patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=70)and the control group(n=70).During the study,4 subjects dropped out in both groups.132 cases were eventually included in the study,with 66 in each.The treatment group received internal and external treatment with Fuzheng Tuonong Powder,while the control group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops.Changes in symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors(IL-8,IL-33,PAF,TNF-α)levels,and recurrence rates were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.92%in the treatment group and 84.84%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Both groups showed a significant decrease in symptom scores after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,the treatment group exhibited significantly lower scores for symptoms such as ear discharge,hearing loss,tinnitus,tympanic membrane perforation,and granulation tissue compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-8,IL-33,PAF,and TNF-α decreased significantly after treatment in both groups,with greater reductions observed in the treatment group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate after six months of follow-up was 4.61%in the treatment group and 28.57%in the control group,with the treatment group demonstrating a significantly lower recurrence rate(P<0.05).No abnormal changes in cardiac,liver,renal function,or hematuria were observed in either group.Conclusion Fuzheng Tuonong Powder demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of CSOM characterized by deficiency-cold and dampness obstruction syndrome.It effectively alleviates clinical symptoms,exhibits high safety,and reduces the recurrence rate,thus warranting further promotion and application.关键词
