Zhang Hongchun's experience in treating acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
摘要
Abstract
Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis(AECB)refers to a period when symptoms such as cough,expectoration worsen,and in severe cases,dyspnea may lead to the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Prof.Zhang Hongchun views AECB as a manifestation of deficiency in both the lung and spleen as the root,with wind evil,phlegm and bowel excess as the branch.In terms of treatment,he proposes the principles of dispersing wind,expelling pathogenic factors,and diffusing the lung and dissolving phlegm.Simultaneous consideration of the lungs and intestines,treating both the exterior and interior,and harmonizing the lung and spleen to prevent recurrence are emphasized.This article provides valuable insights for the TCM treatment of AECB.关键词
