摘要

Abstract

This study takes the Shizishan Tunnel on the Pingzhao Expressway in Guangxi as a case study.It innovatively develops nano-crystalline gel polymer-high-activity rock powder for tunnel shotcrete.The research aims to explore the workability and compressive mechanical properties of the new shotcrete and conduct a detailed analysis through discrete element numerical simulation.The study suggests that with a 30%cement replacement rate,the nano-crystalline gel polymer-high-activity rock powder can effectively enhance the early strength of shotcrete on one hand.On the other hand,with a 25%cement replacement rate,the nano-crystalline gel polymer-high-activity rock powder plays a significant role in ensuring the later strength of shotcrete.The combined action of nano-crystalline gel polymer-high-activity rock powder can exhibit good compressive performance and carbon reduction advantages in shotcrete.
