摘要

Abstract

This article analyzes the composition of early high-strength single-layer shotcrete lining materials and their construction effects in the inclined shaft of a certain tunnel.The research results indicate that adding 30%ultrafine powder composite admixture and a new type of nano-crystalline gel polymer to the early high-strength single-layer shotcrete can increase the compressive strength by 15.4%.The nano-crystalline gel polymer shotcrete exhibits advantages such as low rebound rate,good impermeability,and high strength,with a rebound rate of 3.4%,impermeability performance superior to the P12 standard at 28 days,and a compressive strength of 7.1MPa at 6 hours.The construction process and parameters proposed in this article for early high-strength single-layer shotcrete lining have shown good control effects.
