Abstract
In recent years,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete box culvert(prefabricated box culvert)and its economic performance have attracted the attention of engineers and technicians.Through the application research and analysis of typical prefabricated box culvert projects,the construction quality problems and their causes in the construction process are summarized,and the economic and social benefits of prefabricated box culverts and cast-in-place box culverts are compared.The research shows that for a box culvert project,when the prefabricated factory is running at full load for 1.5 years,the prefabricated process will save construction costs compared with the cast-in-place process;when the prefabricated factory is running at full load for 5 years,the box culvert project using prefabricated technology will save about 10%of the project cost than the cast-in-place process.Compared with the cast-in-place box culvert,prefabricated box culvert can greatly reduce the on-site construction cycle and reduce unnecessary safety risks,which has significant social benefits.关键词
