Abstract

In order to improve the recycling rate and bearing capacity of prefabricated concrete pavement slabs for temporary sidewalks,this paper combines ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)with 3D printing technology,and analyzes the road performance of 3D printed panels and cast-in-situ panels as prefabricated concrete pavement slabs for temporary sidewalks through indoor mechanical tests and on-site temperature monitoring tests.The test results show that although 3D printed UHPC concrete can improve the durability and environmental protection of the panel,the temperature deformation of the panel is greater than that of the C40 concrete cast-in-place panel,and the temperature resistance is affected by the metal fiber addition.Through the monitoring of the strain in the middle,edge and corner of the standard board,it is analyzed that the stress level of the 3D printed UHPC panel is generally greater than that of the cast-in-place C40 road panel.And comparing and analyzing the average stress levels of 3D printed special-shaped plate with the standard version,it is found that the stress value of the smaller-sized special-shaped plate is generally lower than that of the standard plate,and the stress of the edge of the special-shaped plate is smaller than that of the design tensile strength,showing higher use potential.
