摘要

Abstract

Taking the the world's largest bulk cargo public dock—Qinhuangdao Port as an example,this paper analyzes the carbon emissions situation and current status of green and low-carbon development.Through measures such as reducing carbon emissions at the source,reducing carbon emissions during the process,and fixing carbon emissions at the end,it explores the action paths on the carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality.
