Abstract
As an important traffic line,Beijing-Shanghai Expressway has a certain gap between its design ability and the increasing traffic demand,so its reconstruction and expansion project comes into being.Taking JHK-HA4 section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway reconstruction and expansion of China Railway First Bureau as an example,based on 5M1E analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes various factors affecting traffic accidents during the reconstruction and expansion process,studies the key factors in the case,and puts forward a series of safety guarantee measures and emergency countermeasures.It provides reference for improving the construction safety and environmental protection level of expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area.关键词
