Abstract
Aiming at the problems of insufficient production efficiency,information feedback lag,and imper-fect quality management faced by traditional prefabricated beam yards,this paper discusses the application of smart beam yards in expressways,focuses on the analysis of the construction conditions,construction requirements,equipment composition,main functional divisions and functional modules of the smart beam yards information management platform,expounds the significance of the smart beam yards for the intelligent management and control of expressway projects.Compared with traditional beam yards,smart beam yards can improve construction efficiency,ensure product quality,reduce beam manufacturing costs,and reduce operating personnel by about 30%,realize intelligent management and control of prefabricate beam yards on construction sites,and improve management efficiency of beam yards.It has better engineering application prospects,which is a necessity and inevitable trend of engineering development关键词
