Professor Chang Ke's Application of"Kaiyu ShunQi"in Treatment of Pulmonary Diseases in Pediatrics
摘要
Abstract
Professor Chang Ke believes that"stagnation of Lung Qi and arthralgia"is a common cause and pathogenesis of pulmonary diseases in children.The pathogenic factor lies in the Shaoyang meridian,closely related to the physiological and pathological charac-teristics of children,and related to external sensations,diet,emotions,and other factors."The treatment adopts the method of opening depression and smoothing Qi,commonly used with the addition or subtraction of self-made Chaifu Decoction,which can regulate Qi and open depression,dispel fire and dredge the internal Organs,and has a good clinical response."By analyzing the medical records of Professor Chang Ke's use of"Kaiyu ShunQi"to treat pediatric pulmonary diseases,this article aims to illustrate Professor Chang Ke's dialectical thinking on treating pulmonary diseases and provide reference for clinical treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases.关键词
