基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论探讨前列腺增生的病机与治疗
Discussion on Pathogenesis and Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia Based on Theory of"Yang Transforming Qi and Yin Forming Shape"
摘要
Abstract
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is categorized as"retention of urine"in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper dis-cusses the pathogenesis of BPH based on the theory of"Yang transforming Qi and yin forming shape"in the Yellow Emperors Classic of Internal Medicine,and divides the course of BPH into two phases:"Deficiency of Yang transforming Qi,sufficiency of Yin forming shape".It is believed that"Deficiency of Yang transforming Qi"is the initiating factor of BPH and"Sufficiency of Yin forming shape"is the core stage of BPH development,and it is proposed that the Wentong method is the treatment method throughout the whole process,which can help to stop the process of BPH and improve the patient's life by supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,warming Yang and transforming Qi,transforming phlegm and eliminating blood stasis.关键词
