摘要

Abstract

Equipment testability engineering originated in the 1980s.It is the product of the combination of ad-vanced test technology and system engineering.After more than 40 years of development,this technology has gradually matured and formed a relatively complete theoretical system in testability requirements analysis and allocation,testability modeling and scheme optimization,built-in test(BIT)/automatic test system(ATS)de-sign,testability testing and evaluation,etc.It has been widely applided in equipments and achieved great mili-tary and social benefits.It is a very urgent issue to discuss such as how to carry out basic and applied research,and what is the direction of development in the future.Based on the analysis of the background,requirement,concepts,connotation,development process,key technology status and new progress,the existing problems in current testability engineering technology research and the direction of future research are pointed out.
