Abstract
With the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques,the widespread adoption of laparoscopic colorectal surgery has improved surgical safety and speed of postoperative recovery in patients.As a core component of minimally invasive surgical techniques,intracorporeal anastomosis technique faces challenges in quality control.This ar-ticle discusses the technical advantages,indications,contraindications,perioperative preparation,establishment of standard-ized surgical procedures,application of high-quality instruments,intraoperative monitoring,and postoperative assessment of intracorporeal anastomosis technique in totally laparoscopic colorectal surgery.It points out that the establishment of a technical training system plays an important role in improving surgical success rates and reducing complication rates of intracorporeal anastomosis technique,and briefly explores the current issues,challenges and future directions of devel-opment of this technique.关键词
