Familial adenomatous polyposis complicated with mesostenium aggressive fibromatosis:a case report
摘要
Abstract
Aggressive fibromatosis is a rare locally aggressive tumor that usually involves the mesostenium.It has no metastatic potential,but its infiltrative growth and high local recurrence may involve surrounding organs,affecting pa-tients'quality of life and potentially threatening their lives.Although surgical resection,watch-and-wait strategy,radio-therapy,chemotherapy,etc.,can all be used as treatment options for this disease,none of them is considered the stan-dard treatment.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with familial adenomatous polyposis complicated with mesostenium aggressive fibromatosis and reviews relevant literature to provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.关键词
