Electrochemical properties of LNMO materials coated with different proportions of CeO2

采用pH调控辅助共沉淀法制备LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LNMO)正极材料,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)物理表征显示材料呈团聚球状颗粒形态.不同比例的CeO2 对LNMO正极材料包覆并优化其电化学性能,通过物理测试表征CeO2-LNMO材料的结构及形貌,通过循环、倍率、伏安及阻抗等测试对CeO2-LNMO材料进行电化学性能分析,研究得到:CeO2包覆量为2%(质量分数)的CeO2-LNMO材料表现出最优的电化学性能,5 C、10 C大倍率首次放电比容量为108.8和97.6 mAh/g,1 C循环100次后容量保持率为92.5%.CeO2包覆可增强LNMO材料的导电性,提升材料的界面稳定性,从而使LNMO正极材料的电化学性能得到优化.

LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4(LNMO)cathode material was prepared by pH controlled co precipitation method,and SEM physical characterization showed that the material exhibited agglomerated spheri-cal particle morphology.Different proportions of CeO2 were used to coat and optimize the electro-chemical performance of LNMO cathode materials.The structure and morphology of CeO2-LNMO materials were characterized through physical tests.The electrochemical performance of CeO2-LNMO materials was analyzed through cycling,rate,voltammetry,and impedance tests.The CeO2-LNMO material with a CeO2 coating amount of 2%showed the best electrochemical performance.The first discharge specific capacities at high rate 5 C and 10 C were 108.8 and 97.6 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate was 92.5%after 100 cycles at 1 C.CeO2 coating can enhance the conductivity of LNMO materials,improve the interfacial stability of materials,and optimize the electrochemical performance of LNMO cathode materials.
