摘要

Abstract

Rare earth metals can be used to make alloys,which can improve the properties of alloys,toughness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and so on.In this study,La was doped in the grid Pb-Sn-Ca-Al alloy and La2(SO4)3 was added in the electrolyte.The effects of rare earth metal La on lead-acid batteries were investigated from multiple perspectives using electrochemical tests such as CV,EIS,LSV,and characterization methods such as FESEM,XRD,and XPS.The results show that add-ing La to the positive electrode grid refines the alloy grain and increases the overpotential of hydro-gen and oxygen precipitation.Lanthanum sulfate in the electrolyte can reduce the reaction current of the electrode plate and reduce the generation of dendrites.
