摘要

Abstract

In this paper,MoS2/conductive carbon composites with different conductive carbon con-tent were prepared by hydrothermal method.The electrochemical performance of MoS2/C compos-ites was analyzed by SEM,electrochemical performance test and AC impedance test.The results show that when the addition of conductive carbon is 10%,the microstructure of MoS2/C composite is petal-like nanosheet structure,and the particle size is relatively more uniform,about 500~700 nm.Ac-cording to the electrochemical test results,when the current density is 1 A/g,the mass of the compos-ite increases first and then decreases with the increase of conductive carbon.The MoS2/C composite with 10%conductive carbon has the highest mass specific capacitance,which is 337.63 F/g,and the impedance value is relatively small,the battery rate performance is relatively good,and capacitance retention with 88%after 300 charge-discharge cycles.Therefore,the combination of 10%conductive carbon and MoS2 as the electrode material of supercapacitors is helpful to improve the electrochemi-cal performance of supercapacitors.
