摘要

Abstract

Many large-scale cattle farms in Xinjiang are infected with bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV),and the genotypes are diverse,which brings some difficulties to the prevention and control of the disease,vaccine selection and purification.The genotyping of large-scale cattle farms in Xinjiang plays an important guiding role in the prevention and control of BVDV.In this test,calf anticoagulant samples,confirmed posi-tive for BVDV colloidal gold antigen detection card,were collected and lymphocytes were isolated.Virus i-solation was performed on MDBK monolayer cells,blind transmission for five generations,and trophic RNA was extracted for reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)analysis with BVDV 5'-UTR and Npro-specific primers.The results showed that one BL isolate,belonging to the BVDV-lm sub-type,and this study enriched the molecular epidemiology database of BVDV in large-scale cattle farms in southern Xinjiang.
