摘要

Abstract

Klebsiella pneumoniae(Kp)is a widespread opportunistic and zoonotic pathogen that poses an in-creasing threat to farming industry and public health.Currently,antibiotic therapy is the main method to control Kp infections,while new measures are needed due to the high resistance of Kp to antibiotics.There is an urgent need for effective vaccines against Kp,as vaccination is a promising approach to prevent bacte-rial infections.In recent years,following the traditional inactivated vaccine against Kp,novel vaccines such as live inactivated bacterial vaccine,subunit vaccine,recombination vaccine,nucleic acid vaccine and nano vaccine against Kp have been explored,but no commercial Kp vaccine is available yet.This article reviews the research on vaccines against Kp,which provides a theoretical reference for further exploration of com-mercial vaccines.
