河南省部分地区奶牛场病毒性腹泻血清流行病学调查
Seroepidemiological Investigation of Bovine Viral Diarrhea in Dairy Cattle Farms in Partial Regions of Henan Province

Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea in dairy farms in Henan province,from September 2020 to February 2023,an ELISA method was used to detect and analyze antibodies a-gainst BVDV in 853 serum samples collected from 30 dairy farms in 18 regions of Henan province.The re-sults showed that there were 27 positive farms for antibodies against BVDV,with a positive rate up to 90％;475 positive samples,with an individual positive rate of 55.7％;There was a significant difference in the positive rates of cattle at different growth stages(P＜0.01),with the highest positive rate(75％)in a-dult cattle(14-24 months old)and the lowest positive rate(20.5％)in calves(under 3 months old);There is a significant difference in the positive rate among different scale farms(P＜0.01),with large farms(over 500 cows)having the highest positive rate(66.8％)and small farms(under 200 cows)having the lowest positive rate(34.1％).The results of this study provide important reference for the prevention and control of bovine viral diarrhea in dairy farms.关键词
