摘要

Abstract

Based on experiments such as pressure,flow parameters,sample storage time,eluent,and mixed standard solution preparation,this study analyzes the effects of factors such as device system,human interference,site environment,and natural environment on the observation data of ion chromatography.The experimental results show that the flow rate and pressure are inversely proportional to the observed values,and the variation of working current has little effect on the measured values.The purified water brand and template accuracy are important factors in generating errors.Manual operations such as sampling,sample processing,injection,and peak determination in daily observations can cause measurement errors,and it is necessary to ensure the standardization and regulation of observations.
