1993-2022年中国应急管理与公共安全研究特征与趋势
Characteristics and trends of emergency management and public safety research in China from 1993 to 2022
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of society,new risks and security risks continue to emerge,posing a threat to public safety.Therefore,how to effectively deal with all kinds of emergencies and ensure public safety has become an urgent problem to be solved.Moreover,combined with the main re-search results of the development of emergency management and public safety in China in recent years,through CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,using bibliometric analysis,taking the literature of CNKI data-base from 1993 to 2022 as the research object,from the perspective of visual timeline change,the knowledge map of the intertwined development of emergency management and public safety in China is drawn,and the characteristics and trends of emergency management and public safety in China are analyzed.The results in-dicate that most of the existing research focuses on event review,technical research,policy recommenda-tions,system construction and other issues,and lacks exploration and prospect of new trends in the future.This study focuses on the whole process from initiation to development and maturity,which forms an evo-lutionary chain from"passive emergency"to"overall security",and puts forward the theoretical frame-work,which should take the"Overall National Security Concept"as the guiding ideology,"smart emergen-cy"as the basis,and"overall security"as the goal,enhance the in-depth analysis of public security issues,improve the emergency management mode and technical system,and carry out situational,practical and ca-pable emergency practice in China,so as to ensure the safety of people's lives and property,and maintain social stability and economic development.关键词
