一株鸡源沙门氏菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析
Isolation and characterization of a strain of Salmonella of chicken origin and analysis of drug resistance

Abstract
A bacterial strain was isolated from a case of suspected Salmonella infection and was subjected to culture characterization,Gram staining,biochemical tests,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,and the isolate was further subjected to drug sensitivity tests.The results showed that the isolated bacterium grew as off-white,round,smooth,raised colonies in fresh blood agar medium,and in SS a-gar medium it exhibited translucent,round,smooth colonies with a black center and translucent margin.Gram-negative short bacilli were seen after Gram staining.The results of physiological and biochemical tests were consistent with the characteristics of Salmonella spp.PCR amplified a 717 bp band,which was sequenced and compared with Salmonella spp.and showed the highest gene homology.The isolates showed sensitivity only to ceftazidime,moderate sensitivity to aztreonam,and resistance to 14 drugs including gentamicin and neomycin.This study provides some reference for the control of salmonellosis in this region.关键词
