Abstract
In order to evaluate the effect of peste des petits ruminants(PPR)and goat pox live vaccine,with the project"immune first then subsidize",180 sheep serum from 3 farms 7 days and 35 days after immunization were tested by competitive ELISA method.The results showed sheep produced antibodies 7 days after immunization.After 35 days,the antibody titer was high with a positive rate of up to 92.2%.The qualified rate of immune antibody against PPR was over 70%,complying with national regulations.So the immuna-tion was effective,and it indeed curbed the spread of peste des petits ruminants.关键词
